Return Policy

If for some reason you're not 100% happy with your order (we hope you are!), James + Abel will accept returns on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of the delivery date of your order for store credit (James + Abel e-gift card). Check below for return eligibility.

Items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition (no make up spots, deodorant spots, etc.)
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • *if these requirements are not met, you will not be eligible for a store credit and the items will be returned to you and a return shipping fee will be charged to your account.

Shoe Returns:

  • All footwear returns must include the shoes in the original undamaged shoe box and be free of any postal labels.
  • If you are returning shoes, you MUST place the shoe box into a separate shipping box! This protects the shoes and shoe box from getting damaged!
  • *please note that if these requirements listed above are not met, a refund in the form of store credit will not be issued. The item will be returned to you and a return shipping fee will be charged to your account. 

The following items are NOT eligible for returns and are final sale:

  • Any item discounted more than 30%.
  • Any item marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • Bodysuits are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.

Please follow the steps below for a return:

1. Make sure the above requirements are met!

2. Send an email to customerservice@jamesandabel.com with the following:

  • Subject: RETURN for order # (and include your order number)
  • In the body please include the reason for return and the items that you are returning.

3. Once the email is received, we will email you a return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the store credit you receive. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return and a store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and emailed to you.

Damages:
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care
(customerservice@jamesandabel.com) within 3 DAYS of delivery.
