I ordered items for pick-up, when will they be ready?
All pick-ups must be arranged! Since I am a one man show, I have to make sure I'm here to process the order and set it out for pick up. Weather also plays a role in this! I don't want your order sitting out in the rain! You can communicate with us via Instagram DM or email (customerservice@jamesandabel.com) to arrange a pick up. PLEASE NOTE: pick up is only available in Nashville, TN!
The item I want is sold out in my size! Will you be getting more?
We do are best to restock our best selling items! This depends on a few things...availability with the vendor and demand in all sizes! If the item you want is showing out of stock, message us on Instagram (@jamesandabelboutique) or send us an email (customerservice@jamesandabel.com) and we will double check and make sure the inventory is accurate!
Do you have any sales or coupon codes available?
We do our best to fairly price all of our items! Our goal is to make quality and affordability meet! That being said, we will occasionally run sales and our email list and followers on social media are the first to know! Make sure you're following us (@jamesandabelboutique) and are signed up for our email list! (don't worry we only send 1 per week so we won't be blowing up your inbox!!)
Why is my coupon code not working?
Some items are excluded from the coupon! Please double check the email or socials that advertised the discount code and make sure the items in your cart apply to that code! If you're still having issues with the code, please reach out to us!
How can I cancel my order?
We understand that things change however, if an item has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You'll be able to return the item (according to our return policy) once you receive it. 
I love the items I ordered! How will I know when they ship?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the item has shipped!
